Main Presentation - A case study on the introduction of SOA, BPM + BPMN at Landgate

Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) are claimed to be two important topics that enable an enterprise to function more efficiently and provide the agility to meet rapidly changing business needs. This presentation will provide a case study assessment on how both SOA and BPM were implemented at Landgate.
Topics covered will include: outlining the business drivers for adopting BPM and SOA; what components of BPM were implemented - and how they went about it. This will be an interactive presentation and questions are encouraged.
